transplanting

i made a huge mistake and rushed things i germinated the seeds and i shoulda put better soil down in the area i was planting but i rushed it theve been sprouted for about 2 weeks and they seem to be really slow or at least slower than my indoor was growin. is this to early to transplant them to better soil? if not how would i go about doin that

They should be slower than indoor. Leave them alone. We have 3 more months for them to grow.

i understand the slowness cuz it needs to develope roots but my main question was about moving them to better soil and if it will kill the plants

Dont transplant yet, they are to young. You really dont want to transplant then till they have atleast 5 nodes. Just let them hang out, they will be ok. Transplant after that, and then stick to the same soil, you want to minimize switching soils, as the roots will get stressed by this.
