Transplanting problem, need help

Hi everyone. this is first time growing marijuana i am facing a problem here. i have two plants (two weeks old) in the same pot.
i know that it will have to be separated but what i don't know is when :S. I've attached a picture so that you guys can get an idea of what they look like.

Any advice would be appreciated on how and when it should be separated

be gentle separating the plants and use some b1 that you can buy cheap at a local plant store ..... to help the transplant shock
