Transplanting clones

I use a DWC cloner right, and I'm wanting to transplant them once they are rooted into a dwc/bubbleponics system and I'm wondering do you guys use rockwool or just stick them in the hydroton? And how do you do it successfully?

I'm sort of confused because I see people use rockwool with their systems but they use rockwool from seed or use it as a cloning medium instead of a water cloner. Anyone who can clear this up ill much appreciate it thanks.

if you're rooting them without rockwool, then just keep rockwool out of the picture.

just place your clone in the netpot and sprinkle in the hydroton. be gentle, you don't want to knock any roots off.
