transplanting and more...

I have 5 girls growing that have 3 jagged leaves on each side not including the cotyledons (starting to look like a real marijuana plant.) My question is when should I transplant my plants to my bubbleponics system. The plants are in rockwool and the roots are beginning to come out the bottom. 1 of them is still little with only the cotyledons, but it came out of the seed with a little bit of brown on the edges of them is this normal if not whats the matter. When i do trasplant should i right away start using a nutrient solution? I soaked the rockwool and germinated in paper towels. I am using a 125w 6500k cfl on the seedlings right now and they seem to be doing well. Black widow seeds from FEMALE SEEDS. Have them in a dome! Anything im missin out that I should include please reply and it would be greatly appreciated. What temps should my grow room be? I have it between 80 - 85.

this is what my setup looks like for now until I transplant and the 2 plants that have been struggling since they came out of the seed. note that they came out of the seed with those brown spots will they be okay?

they look like they could go in and use seedling strength nutreints for a week or so

well the roots are coming out the bottom but not a lot like maybe 1/4 of an inch

yeah I think you will be fine just dont put to much nutrients on them till they get a little bigger

alright thnx well im gnna use about 1/4 tsp per gallon (a little less so I dont cause nutrient burn.) and wait till they get a little bigger thnx for the help
