Transplanted, turning yellow

Okay, so I just transplanted these plants into new pots 3 days ago now. First day they were okay, no signs that I harmed them.

The tops of the plants were falling over, and one of the plants fan leaves began turning yellow at the bottom.

3rd day: I noticed at night time that both the plants sprouted back up and were supporting their tops again:

But, it seems like I have a problem with plant #1, any suggestions??? Ive been watering them 2-3 times a day since I transplanted them.
