Transplant: Soil to Soilless?

Greetings.

My question is, can I pull rooted clones roots, soil, and all and put them in 3g planter of soilless mix?

Info:
I just started my first grow with three pinched top clones I picked up from a friend, on the 25th. They're in soil right now and I want to run a 75% perlite/25% vermiculite soilless mixture. My nutes are Humboldt Nutrients Oneness and I got some B1 for transplant stress. The grow room is 2.5'x3.5'x5' and built out of pvc and visqueen. Lighting is 6 26w cfls in 3 10.5" dome reflectors. I've got soil from each pot sitting in Brita filtered water overnight so I can check the ph of that water intead of doing a straight soil ph check.

I pulled them out today and the roots look white but not filling the cups they're in, so I'm probably going to wait about a week. Plus they were really dry when I got them and I think they got a bit nute locked. Spotting leaves, yellowing large leaves, and a few brown tips curled upward (I have pics but I haven't loaded them to the pc yet). I used 1ml of the Oneness to a gallon of filter water and watered them until they flowed from the drainage holes. The new growth seems to look pretty good.

I think that's all the info.

the short answer is yes, you can put soil into a soilless medium. the long answer i'll leave to someone less stoned haha.

Hahaha. Right on. Smoking on some Purple Head Knock right now.

Oh, I need to update my strains. They're white widow, santa berry, and blue dream. I talked to my friend again. These seem like they're going to be super good strains so I really don't want to screw them up. I want to veg them a bit longer, take a few clones, and then flower.

go for it, the soil wont be a problem if the plant already sucked it dry of its nutes. it also would necessarily impact the ph as much in that case as well. srry for the brevity, but here i am, stoned again... Blue dreams? awesome dude, great strains!
