Transplant shock? (Aeroponics)

New to this forum and this is my first post...

I currently work at an aeroponic facility in western NC, helping to grow hemp/CBD. We loaded 44 clones into one of our towers this past Wednesday, all of which seemed healthy. We noticed on Friday that there were root aphids and possible spidermites. So we switched water tanks and did an Azamax/water flush of the system for about an hour + a foliar spray of the plants to kill any aphids that traveled up the stem/branches, followed by a flush of just water for 2 hours. After the water flush, we went back to a water/nutrient mix (PPM 750, EC 1.619, pH 6).

Yesterday morning 2 of the plants had dried up & died overnight (which somewhat was to be expected since they were clones adjusting to flowering in the towers + the AzaMax treatment). The levels yesterday were PPM 625, EC 1.408, and the pH was high (6.6) when I came into work, so that was adjusted back down to 6. The rest of the plants seemed healthy, darker greens leaves, and to be adjusting nicely.

Upon arriving today, almost every single plant seems to be in shock (some are dried up completely, some have noticeably gotten lighter green, and some have yellowing leaves). The levels today are PPM 646, EC 1.382, pH 6.1.

Do you think this is from the AzaMax flush + transplant shock? That's my guess, but I figured posting here for a second opinion wouldn't hurt. I'll add some pics shortly in this thread.

Hate to point out the obvious but your plants were infected before you put them in so you should be checking closer. Azamax can shock young clones for sure. Normally there is very little transplant shock in aero, so I’d put it on the infestation and overdoing it on your pesticides. Also you don’t need to “flush” as you call it in aero. If you found a sick baby would you starve it?
