Transplant question

after my plant had been grow a small amount (aprox. 10 days) I moved it from the small cup I was using before it became rootbound. Since I have transplanted it (about 2 days) I have seen little to no progress growthwise. I am wondering if this normal after transplanting due to the stress I caused when i moved it. Should I worry or just leave it be....it still looks ok just looks kinda like it is at a standstill growth-wise.

Any advice is appreciated.

yes transplanting your plants can definitely stress them, theyll bounce back

i wouldn't worry about it...but a low-stress way to transplant is to cut the bottom off of the pot you were using and just plant that into the new pot. the new roots will just grow into the new pot

you sorta restrict root growth if you do that

Yeah don't worry about it... just feed it and water it. Then you'll see some changes...
