Transplant or not to Transplant help please

Here is a few pics of my baby she is going well but i can see her roots at the bottom of the pot she has a while to go do u think i should transplant her or leave her and if i do whats the best way to cause less stress as possible as she has been doing well and i planted the seed in this pot at the beginnin

come on guys

I would transplant them because of the simple rule BiggerPot=BiggerPlant... but they are fine in the pots that their in... If you cant wait to harvest i wouldn't trans... because any trans.. will cause stress...meaning it will push up your harvest date... but its all up to you.. They look good How long have you been vegging for??

they are autoflowers and have about 5 weeks to go
