transplant from soil hydro +rep

whats the best way to transplant from soil (dirt rootball) to bubbleponic hydro?

Remove as much dirt as possible without hurting the roots too bad then try rinsing as much of it off as possible (in ph'd water with a small amount of vitamin b if u have it. Put a small layer or rinsed hydroton at the bottom set the plant in and carefully fill the rest of the netpot up with hydroton... I like to hit them once they're in the netpots and hydroton with another small watering of vitamin b letting it run in to the res.. They didn't seem to notice much aside from me breaking a few roots (un avoidable)
