Do you guys think its a bad idea to transplant shortly before flowering? I currently have them in 1.5 gallon pots and wanted to move them up to 3.5
I ask because the soil I have is Ocean's forest, and I'm worried it might be too strong for when i flower :O
Ocean forest is the bomb digity throughout your entire grow. I love it!! Most definitely transplant before you start flowering as a rule of thumb but I have transplanted to larger pots during flowering (2 weeks in the latest for me) & have had no set backs. I don't do that anymore unless I must. I use 1.5 gallon planters & 3.5 gallon planters myself. I wait till my girls are 16" tall & then I transplant to my 3.5 gallon planters. On an average mine will double in size plus a few more inches. I always get 3 footers after the first month of flowering has gone by & then it stops growing & just focuses on packing the weight to buds & get frosty with trichromes. How tall is your plant now ? I grow fem ak48's from nirvana. What are you growing ?
