Training software

The company where I work is launching a training program for all the employees. Why? Because they want to weed out the ones whose skills aren't up to par. After the training, there'll be an observation period where their performance will be measured along with other factors like attendance, etc. I don't know what brought this on but we in the HR department is sure to have lots to do. That's why our department head asked me to start looking for a software that can help us with keep track of all the trainings and maybe help us with reports. Any idea where I can find such software?

Okay. I checked out those software and I'm really liking Verse Solutions. I might go with them. I just need to call them and clarify a few things. Thanks so much for your suggestions!
