Trading Seeds

I was wondering if it is legal to trade seeds with someone else that has a license to posses weed. Cause i have a few seeds from my last plant that i want to trade for something new. I was told that it was og kush but I'm not 100% sure what it is.

Depends where you live. In many areas, seeds are not classified as cannabis (nor are plants that aren't yet flowering, ie. clones).

Only issue I can see is that you don't know for sure what the seed is. I mean, I wouldn't trade a medical grade seed for bagseed. js

I don't think the DEA is setting up seed trading stings across the US so you should be fine no matter what the legal status. If you have ur 215 it's even safer.

Are you the kind of person that never speeds and always returns their library books on time? Just smoke a bowl, relax, and go trade ur shit man. Seeds are the LAST thing I would ever worry about.
