How many times should I.top my plant? Using.scrog method??

Depends upon the strain but definately once, before you hit the screen.
Anything after that is strain dependant.

I would consider fiming before topping - the worst that can happen with fiming is you only get two growing shoots, which would happen if you simply topped it, so go for the fim

Greenhouses big bang. Is it fem? Check out my U-scrog grow a while back. pulled 5-6 oz off a single plant first go, 250w. I topped and then fimmed. If I did it again though, I would just just top once. Bear in mind I had a badass 6" fan for a minimal 250. Any less and I'm sure I would have got mould. My second grow, I only just pulled it off without mould getting too bad.

Depends on how much space you are trying to fill with each plant. The post above is a lot of toping and training.
