Topping!

Hey all, So I topped my plant last night and i just wanted to get your opinion on if you think it will work out for me. I chopped off a lot more of the plant then i wanted but still think it should be ok...Love to hear what you guys have to say! Thanks for all the Help!

If you are really trying for that you're gonna have to go make a shit ton of noise or just spam with your acct. There is no deleting of your acct. here that I know of, you just have to let it fade away into oblivion.
 
Then get out of the Noobie section if you don't want to see nebie posts and delete your thread. I am trying to learn like the rest, if it is dumb don't answer! Thanks Ninja Blower, lol i was going for 2 main tops :/ looks like i got my work cut out for me!!!
 
Ya, if you want two main tops you need to remove all the branches but two, you look to have six still i think from the pic. Two main tops looks like this..this one will have six..image.jpg If you want to see what you can do with two main tops check out, the mainlining thread. You just have to take a couple mor branches off to get two main tops. Im going to do that with these too. Im going for four maininers this run, cant wait. :):):)

Next time learn FIMING instead of topping it cuts down your recover time for your plant and you will not loose the main top!

Actually if you pinch off the top instead of cutting it with a sharp object, there is little to know stress involved. When you top you split the main cola's energy between the two tops, as the side shoots catch up, energy is shared by ALL shoots at the top of the plant. You can actually "trick" the plant and can result in a better yeild.

How much top did you actually take off? Stem lookd pretty thick where you pinched it. Generally...you should not top before the 5th-7th node set. Topping Before these sets may take her a little longer but she will be O.K.
