which is better ive heard topping stunts growth for a short time, ive heard nothing negative about Lst??

If you plan to veg for any length of time
topping is fine.
No matter, you can still lst a topped
plant, that is, lst complements topped
plants as well as normal growing plants.
lst is just keeping bud sites where you want them to grow, with no real stress.

I prefer LST.

7 tops vs 2 - 4 is as easy as tying the top down for a few days.

LST can be time-consuming... but that's not necessarily a bad thing if you enjoy spending time w/ ur plants & watching the grass grow
