topping, scrog

So theres this one plant, and it hasn't been topped or anything. Now it is almost ready for flowering, but I wanted to scrog, but since I haven't topped it, should I do it? I need this done as fast as possible, and can't wait another three weeks for it to recover from topping.

what should i do? Would I get anything at all without scrog in a pc grow?

One if the good points of topping isnt just to gain 2 new heads its to let the side growth catch up to where the top growth was before you cut it!! SCROG maybie a little out now but a small lst might help just tie some string around the top of the plant and pull it over with out breaking it!! you will be gob smacked at the results!! peace
