Topping Question. Are My Plants Ready For It?.

I'm new and this is my first grow. how should I go about doing this and will I need to change my watering schedule or nutes after doing this? Any help and info is much appreciated! less than two weeks ago I was clueless but thanks to this forum i'm actually learning quite a bit and really enjoying it!

anyone? I wanna get two clones going soon before i'm off on holidays(i'll leave the clones with my mother or something)/
