Topping and cloning

I was wondering how long after a plant is topped and clipped for clones should one wait to induce flowering...

5 weeks old 4 42w CFls 6500k and 1 42w 2700k(more of these waiting for the flowering stage)

I'd say as soon as you notice it vegging again and seems to be fully recoverd. a week maybe?

yeah, i wait till the plant shows signs of regeneration. the longer the better but about a week or 2. remember it's gonna grow back 2x what you cut.
