Top 10 Strains: Indica, Sativa and Hybrids.. What are they?

I'll be the guy to ask the constant question. With new strains coming out every week, sometimes I get overwhelmed when building my seed vault/catalog. I've recently expanded my medical grow and looking to provide multiple strains and I am all for trial and error but I've always had great feedback from the group here at RIU.

What would you say would be the Top 10 strain investments one should make.

Sativa, Indica and Hybrid catergories?

Grape God. Wont be toppin the charts with potency but itll be in the upper contenders. Flavor is on point too but again compared to those super super tasty strains its nothin fancy but it also competes with the flavor of the average good quality medical. The yield is pretty good too. Kinda raps up the even-ness of the strain. Instead of bein the strongest in category its like 3rd in all categories. I miss it every day.

After that id say the DOG by breeders boutique. I havent grown it but plan to soon and from what ive seen from the testers/makers who talk on here regularly its some kill!

TGA also makes some really good strains. Some friends of mine grow them and love the results of just about everything.

But either of those should be in the top 10 strains for you to try out next.
