Toolbar greyed out

So I have noticed for a while that the toolbar is grayed out so I can't select bold, italic, font sizes and such.

What happened to it?

FWIW the toolbar does show up when I use my android, I just checked that. I rarely use my phone since it's so hard to type so I never noticed it's working there.

yea i dont know do u have addon extensions to your chrome by anychance?

It's not the end of the world, just wondered. Maybe I can update chrome... Ill try that.

Well I checked Chrome and it says it's up to date.

This is all thats in the extensions.

Thanks for the help BTW. Probably just something silly about Chrome. I used Firefox back like 15 years ago don't remember when I switched to Chrome, maybe 2007.

I will try and clear the cache.

Problem Solved

I fixed it by clearing the cache of crap that Chrome had gathered over time. Probably some old piece of code that was incompatible with the newer site code.

Yeah once I realized the toolbar was working fine for you and then checked it on android:chrome I went through the SOP lol. Doesn't matter what browser you use, sooner or later stuff like that will occur. :roll:

I did free up 319mb of space though. :hump:

The problem was that you managed to accidentally click on the "gear" icon (see how it's green in your screenshot?). When that is active it enables the BB Code interface instead of the "wizard" style that lets you easily tag items with the buttons in the toolbar.
