too much stress? humity/tempss please help

okay so im haveing a few problems maybe a few people with some good advice good help me with
so i have a 2ft x 3ft by 6 foot high closer\t im using a 400w hps light air cooled hood
4 in exuast fan and carbon filter i have just bought a humidifer i have a fan control speed i put mylar up i thought i did good but ......well i can keep temps steady i cant keep humity above 30 with out shuting of exuast fan but when i shut exuast fan off temps go up immediatly so i put exuast fan on timer 10 mins on 10 mins off and what this does is brings my temps up to 85 and humdty up to 50% when fan is off then fan comes on and my humdty goes back down to 29% and temos to 75 by doing this em i causeing alot of stess to them? with the sudden temp changes
also is there a differance between cool mist warm mist that would give me more hjumidty i kno it will help me with temos but does cool mist create more humidty?

First of all the temps change outdoors drasticly everyday. Hot durring the day, cool at night, creates dew, see what im saying? You arent stressing your plants that bad by trying to keep your temps down. Heat stess is more of a problem than humidity! Turn your fan on high so your temps are where you want them and buy a cheep humidifier at walmart. Or if you dont have any money add a bucket of water with a fan near it and it will bring up your humidity.

I'd leave the exhaust on and add a cool mist humidifier.

ya i have the warm one now im going to but cool one today and run both i think inless the cooll one does good alone thanks
