Too much light?

Just got some rooted clones 3 days ago and transplanted 2 days ago into 1 gallons. My light is a 240w kingbrite qb 3500k. Some of the newer leaves are curving a bit and I'm wondering if it's due to too much light or what. My temps have been between 70-80 and the light is turned up to around 25-30% 18 inches from the plants. RH is around 60-70%.

Looks like too much water plus some type of issue with the leaves what are those spotss?

They came like that it's what ever is left over from when the dispensary or dark heart nursery foliar fed them, also I have only watered them once. I'm guessing it's just transplant shock since I transplanted about 32 hours ago.

Why? Because of the spots on the leaves, because that can wash off it's not damaged its whatever is left over from a foliar fed.

I have been hit hard by broad mites, and it starts off looking like your plant. I'm not saying it is, but it looks familiar. You will never see them, but you can find their eggs with a microscope.

What makes you think that. I am going to spray then with an organic pesticide today, but I'm curious what you're looking at. I was originally just worried about the leaf deformity.

Those are definitely water spots, brother. Turn the intensity down on the light a bit and hold off of watering for a few.

What are the temps/RH in your room?

I'm not worried about the spots they came like that from the dispensery. I'm assuming they are just left over minerals. Rh is 60% and temps are 75-80 lights on and 70-75 lights off. Was worried about the deformity in the leaf (curving a bit) but I'm assuming that is just transplant shock.

Could be transplant shock/Light Stress. I suggest backing the intesity down to about 50% for a few days and see if that helps. Yeah...those are definitely just water spots on your leave, no issue. Good luck, brother!

The leaf deformity is exactly what I'm talking about. Deformed, twisted leaves are a sign. I thought I had heat stress, but no.
