I have 3x 68 watt 4200 lumens 2700 k CFL bulbs for 2ft x 2ft Closet space. I'm just vegging my mother plants and clones for 2 weeks. am i using to much light because its bright as hell! and i cant afford to be wasting electricity if its not worth it. I will be flowering in 2 weeks. plus its 90 degrees in the closet. i only have one small fan and I'm using it just to keep the bulbs from over heating and burning out. Its 80 degrees outside the closet.

Definatly not too much light but you may want to get a fan blowing on them to keep the canopy temps down id even slowly start adding more cfls in during flower if you can keep temps down

Also those cfls xan get real close like 3_5 inches from the tops
cool, I'll put the small ones closer to the light by raising them they just got out of the cloning tank. I'm a need to get another small fan for the vent at the bottom of the door to blow cold air in. i just don't want the leaves to curl cause of the heat the cfl's are throwing.

Use reflectors and aim it down,Its bright as hell because half the entire lighting is hitting your face lol. If anything thats not too much light but its enough to get them moving a bit.

im down for reflectors, but i got to configure where to put that fan to cool the lights with such a small space, i'll be getting led's soon when i get paid cause these light too bulky!!! how many led watts for a 2 x 2 space the ceiling is 7 ft.

I would go no less than 150 wall watts but aim for 200 watts. My first indoor grow this season i used 3 65w 6500k cfls in for veg. But i switched over to diy led for flower 2x2. I just updated my veg area which is a 2x2 also and got rid of the cfls for good. I see you r using the 2700k. Those r good for flower

Then forget about the reflectors. Get a decent panel like you said and buy a box fan.

You could insert some studs or screws and hang the box fan near the lights & face it outwards.
