Too much LED?

Hey I have a small tent (60x60x140cm) and I have a viparspectra va600 I’m pretty sure it dims down to around 55 true watts full spectrum I’m wondering if it’s too much light and what I should do, be it raise or lower the light, should I just get a bigger tent? Or is it ok as is? Any advice is appreciated

Yeah CFL is good for seedlings. And no that led is not too much light for your tent at all, what’s the maximum wattage on that light.

its max wattage is 125 with 55 being the minimum but I was wondering for new seedlings and start of vegetative growth if 55 is good
