Too Much Flouros?

i have two flouros one 20 watt one 14 watt in a box lined with tinfoil, and both lights are pretty close the the plants. is this a good amount of light. also my plants are a bit weak stalked and droopy, becuase i had the flouros too far away at first. im wondering if i should stick with my babies or start new ones. they are about 2 weeks old, and still a bit droopy, im hoping that they will bulk up.

is there even such a thing as too much flouro?

hell no. i think you dont got enough. get rid of those pieces of crap. and goto wal mart and get the 100w or 150w.

Huuuuua! to that. CFL's are the way to go!
