Too many tops?

Hey, this is my 1st post so I'll make it short and sweet. This is my 1st serious grow and I lst'd my girls. One of them has 10 tops. Is that too many or isn't that the whole point of lsting? Thanks.

I have a young black domina with 18 tops so far. It will get it's second topping
in a couple of days then there should be more tops. Like others have said,
more tops the better!

the more the merrier!
a plant i grew with numerous tops and some of the smoke it produced

Ok so that's settled. Then why have I seen ppl cut shoots with the intention of 'focusing' the plants energy into 1 cola?

The shoots most cut are usually on the lower end that does not produce "bud" but larffy matter.By trimming some shoots that will not produce "bud" the remaining energy goes into what is still on your plant,therefor giving them the opportunity to swell a bit more.

By your statement it sounds as if you may be referring to the loli-pop method?No branches just pretty much cola?
