i would say so.....you could try but it would probably end up about 8 inches tall with less than a joint of bud.

you could manage it with clones, it would depend on the weather aswell,

would they still bud if they were to start now or would the cold weather get to them first

say the south of england plants will still grow and budd till mid october so theres still two months for some. also weather depending a frost say the end of OCT would kill the plants, but you would still get budd man!!!
