Too Close to the light

Hello Forum Members,
I am nearly on week 5 of my first grow in 35 years.
I might be keeping my light too close to the plants.
I have enclosed a picture of the tops of a plant.
Are the yellowish ends a sign that the light is too close?
Thanks to any one that helps.
JacK
The reason I am asking is I have raised the light regular, and am not sure if this is just normal tips for the very top of the plant.
Otherwise my plants are growing very well.

It looks right at the edge...each day the new growth may start a little lighter and then darken as it matures. I wouldnt change much based on this, but if it gets any further past the tips then raise them a touch.
