tons of gnats!!! nothing is working. getting pissed

I also have this bug spray from Ace hardware that is supposed to be safe for blooming plants. There are lots of dead ones laying on the floor of my grow box but every time I look in there it seem like there are more little bugs crawling around to though.

this is seriously driving me nuts.
does anyone have a suggestion?
