Tomorite/Blackstrap Molasses Nute Question

Hey All!

So let me paint the picture a bit first, I have 2 plants in my grow room both 7weeks + 1 day White widow fem started from seed.
My light set up is 2x125W reds spec CFL + 2x125W blue CFL, Reds being in 2 reflectors for top lighting blues hanging either sides.
I'm in the 2nd week of flowering now and i re potted both plants from 11L pots to 20L pots at the start of flowering using Gold label special mix, which is quite a rich soil. No nutes added so far.

I'm now thinking about how, once they need it (in a week to 2 i guess) will I implement my nutes and supplement. As it's my first grow i'm f***ing clueless as to how I should go about using what i was advised to use: Tomorite with seaweed extract and blackstrap molasses.
I've been doing some research on the net but would really appreciate some second advice.

So upon my watering twice a week regime: Using tomorite according to label 20ml per 4.5L (NPK 4/4.5/8) and blackstrap molasses 1 tbspoon per gallon

1) Nute
2) water
3) Nute
4) water/molasses.

I really hope someone can give me some feed back.
Cheers lads best of success with your grows.:peace::joint:

any ideas :) ?
could be blackstrap molasses with some other nute... I guess if i have an NPK I can compare it to my tomorite and go from there...
Cheers,

hey they looks good!..beginners luck I guess!:)
Any way I would suggest to top the ones you have for more stems for the buds. Add a HPS(250watt or so) if you can .. If not more CFL's make sure they are in the 2,100K-3,000K range. Slowly increase your nutes every other watering approx 1/4 each time. Hopes this helps.Nice looking first try learn and make sure you take good notes. Read DR.Chronic's write up and you should be good.

It really depends how old they are and how tall by now. I haven't used nutes so far by re potting in stronger fertilised soil twice. My nutes will be normal tomato feed with added seaweed extract which you can get at any garden center. They apparently have more or less the same attributes as other specialised brands but are way cheaper. Also the NPK isn't as strong so less chance of fucking up for a beginner like me.
In your case it's weird that they are not growing or developing... you have to be careful not to over do it with nutes, also be careful not to over water... I only water them twice a week in more or less the same pot size.
Best of luck with your grow buddy, more precisions would probably help with why you plants just ain't growing.

Cheers dude, I've got quite a lot experience growing plants and veg... but as I read somewhere:
fuck growing a nice looking MJ plant if you can't reap the fruits off it.....
I'm buggered for an HPS at the moment... I wanted to go for a 600W but rushed into making my room in an area with only 4ft headroom (beginner's mistake...). I'll be sticking to what i have for this grow and move it, on the next grow with proper lights. I'd need to invest too much now to keep this HPS cooled, our place gets bloody hot in the summer. and i don't want to invest in a small HPS either in views of future grows.
Thx for the advice on nutes tho it confirms more or less what i read around.
Big up,
T

I won't top them now btw ;) they're 2weeks + into flowering.... theses plants both have already been LST'd like maniacs and one of them fimmed & suppercroped...
