I tried it. They did great together for a while. Then after a month or so the tomato plant took a plunge. I think the nutes the MJ plant took easily was to much for the tomato plant.
I replanted it in soil and its doing fine. I think its very possible, you just gotta find the happy medium for feeding.

ive had opposite, my bak seet grown died but tomato is already bonsai
on another i knew i was runing way to hot environment and aqua but tomatoe took it and fruited.
"kumato" tomatoe- a black one i found on market fruited red
Chinese probably used RX on them to twig it black for 1 run
...
neverless now temps better i'll prob retry and keep nutes on low
