Today is the day where bbutch ass arizona tells me wether i can continue to grow or not. a few months back i spent a few hundred dollars getting my card and a few hundred dollars to run my closset. well arizonas white trash retirement rate is putting down a punch.
these old people fucking hate it.
so heres the run down, after spending all that money to get the card and the grow set, and the authorization to cultivate 12 plants. they came back and say hey their having a draw for dispensaries only certain people will be lucky. and hey guess what, when that happens. and dispensarries open, if you live within a 25 mile radius of one. you are not allowed to cultivate?
like what the fuck?
state senate needs to lay off the ganja.

starts in 49 minutes i think i'll double check. i live in the mountains. allot of hippys in the towns i live arround. theres about a 65k population in the valley top i live in here.
the closest larger town is prescott 16 miles and theyll get 2 or 3 and i live in an entirely different tow/ Prescott valley. ridiculous. cause prescott valley probably wont get one but im still 25 miles within.
phoenix the biggest city is 2 hours 90 miles away.
but still its white trash.
i got pulled over for a broken windshield on interstate one buy an arizona highway patrol officer. ended up driving away $600 in fines for everything but my windshield. on the initial police report it said nothing or even mentioned anything about my windshield.
im almost inclined to say i like the federal government of the us more than the city and state law.

That almost sounds like collusion to me for the ones that get drawn to have dispensaries. I'm guessing they wont last very long either if there is a whole lot of scrutiny about how they are run.

that just doesnt make sense if your outwith town/city limits then the 25 mile rule should be scrapped!!! fuckers r trying to force all the growers too shut their grows and spend al their $$ in the dispensaries.i'll watch the stream though cos the mmj laws in the u.s really interest me.

just like the ban effect decission in l.a county in california theyre trying to ban dispenseries there. and people are saying. oh people just hide out and storefronts close for a couple years until the supreme court decides... so for some reason the past 9 years the supreme court says no. why the fuck all of a sudden theyd jump out and say yes idk. but this whole act is kind of a struggle.

the system they have going for drawin right now on the live feed is trash.
theyve got 10 applicants in the town closest to me and theyre using a bingo drawer only one per chaa gets chosen.
in phoenix arizona. theyre will be close to 60-120 applications. one gets chopsen for the phoenix chaa. they are chosing for 99 chaas in arizona 30% of which have 1 or none applications so they dont even draw. thus leaving like 40-50 dispenseries throughout arizona..........
this is ridiculous. whats 40-50x 25 radius miles? pretty much the whole fucking state............
