To much water? or not enough?

A common problem is too over water or under water, funny huh. But it happens. Your plant looks like it needs veg nutes. I dont think you are do either of the above mistakes.

Whatever your lights your using the only thing you should worry about is heat stress. Put your hand between the bulb & your plants top. If your hand is hot then your plant is too hot too & that's what you dnt want.
As for watering try to learn your plants thirst. I usually let my plants go thirsty for a bit since the dry dirt encourages the roots to grow out in search of water.
Over watering can cause your roots to suffocate. Your plants breathe through their roots so be cautious of that. Your plant will droop with over watering & under watering so she'll give you a sign.
