I decided to plant 3 germinated seeds. I puted 2 light bulbs LED 200 lumens at 15-20 cm distance by the plants, is to much and can stun the plants or to little?
To much light

Just try it there and if your seedlings start stretching put them closer.

Depends on the LED. I'm not sure how strong LED 200 lumens bulbs are but I start my seedlings at around 30 inches (76 cm). I usually have to lower the light to around 26 inches to prevent stretching but you can definitely toast seedlings if you place strong LED lights too close.

I googled 200 lumen LED bulb because I didn't think they made them that weak but it came up with these

so I just assumed it was them, which should be ok for the distance mentioned. They will need upgrading very soon, however.

yeah i would give these not much light .. around 5000 lux maybe, with the cheap luxmeters
