To much light !!

I have the new NextLight Mega and I have it 40 inches above the plants dimmed half way and it was still to much light for my girls I have now dimmed to a 1/3 and it seems the plants are loving it...the pictures are what they looked like before dimming

Funny. I'm not seeing any problems. Plants look fine to me.

The health of the plant governs how much light it can absorb, one grower may get closer another need to be futher away :-)

The pic isn't showing up for me and @Kingrow1 is right about the plants health and other conditions being pertinent to how much light the plants can actually use.

I cringe when I see someone using something like a 600W light for a few tiny seedlings. What a waste. lol

Yeah I agree, I’m not going to give the more light until they are repotted and bigger and then it’s going to get bright
