To much heat?

well, first, when you water, saturate the soil and let it dry; wet spotting is very bad, and is essentially the same as underwatering. 90% of your roots will wrap around the inside of the pot, so watering the center is a bad idea.

as for heat, exhaust is important. take the heat out of the grow area by using a fan to pull it out. leave a hole somewhere and you'll create a passive intake, and you should see a differece right away.

btw, what are the temps, are you using fans, what kind, how big is the grow box... and anything else that may be helpful in helping you...

KP helped u alot there im about to basically say same thing

You need a intake and outtake ports to get ride of the hot air and replace with cooler air. Besides that you might even just want a fan in the box to blow on the plants (not a hurrican ok)

Im just gonna throw this in to help you if ur using CFL they should be 2 inchs above plant if u put ur hand on cannopy and its hot for u, its hot for the plant so move the light up more and further away to the point u can stand the heat or u dont feel any.

Speaking of water, dont spray water on ur plants. all it does is reflect light onto the plant leaves and will cause them to burn ( just though id throw it in)
