To much for a pc grow?

This store is 2 blocks from my house, and i am contemplating a pc grow build. Is this to much for a that sized space?

I feel like it would be perfect, the 150w hps mounted up top and thats all i would need really.

Must be a pretty big pc. I think it might be a problem with heat and height issues since youll have to keep the hps a little further than cfls. Maybe someone wit experience with hps in a pc will chime in but i havent seen it and would recommend stickin with cfls
