you should find out how many lumens and what color spectrum also what soil and nutes do you have?

Do not give it nutes for a while...there is a lot in your soil. Lose the aluminum foil, it creates hotspots. Flat white paint reflects 99% of light. Try not to kill it with love....let it grow with a mindful neglect at least for a couple weeks. Do not exceed 85 degrees

Yes I agree with this , I tried tinfoil when I was a little newb,
it sort of makes a little oven, I don't think white paint is 99% reflective, maybe Mylar, but white paint will help to get the temps down

Firstly you should have used seed/cutting compost for seedlings.Secondly you should have started in a smaller pot; this is because it will take longer for that pot to dry out so now it's in a bigger pot you will need to be careful not to put too much water in. The perlite is a good suggestion.Thirdly you would be better to not use soil with time release feed in it like Miracle grow, however it is easy to remove the brightly colored feed capsules before potting up.The foil will only become a problem when you are using lamps that radiate a lot of infrared energy like metal halide or sodium, you will be ok with it when using low IR radiation lamps like fluorescent, but it is good practice not to use it because by the time you upgrade your light system you will have probably forgotten this information.Really you should have asked questions first then started your grow, but I wouldn’t worry we all make mistakes and plants can tolerate a lot, however do keep in mind what others have said and not to over love them, you can’t make them grow faster than they want to.

sorry about the unformatted text, for some reason RIU is removing the carriage returns and not allowing me to reformat it.

Flat white is like 85% reflective, mylar is around 92%. Aluminum foil is just a big ass waste of time and going to cause problems.

Totally agree.
Get that girl close to the light (if it's CFL), a couple of inches away so she isn't stretching as much.
