tips of seedling abnormal?

this is my seedling after about 1 week since sprout. i am using gh nutrients at 1/4 strength with some epsom salt. the florscent is a 4 foot 4 tube light at about 9 inches from the top of plant. the temp is at 73 with humidity of 53. ppm is 485 with ph at 6.1. i water 3 times daily for 15 with 18 hours of light. my concern is with the tips that are kind of yellow. anyone?

Give it much much less nutrients. Babies don't need (nor can they handle) very much at all. Also, You can lower the lights to about 3 inches away and leave them on for 24 hours a day.

I would think so also, i dont feed nutes to mine seedlings until they have a couple sets of true leaves, usually a couple weeks, i would just back off the nutes
