Hey all,
I am a first time very amateur grower, using shoddy outdoor conditions because I live in a place were it is pretty difficult to find a consistent source of bud. Need some advice on how to grow in these condition plz.
I am growing in a container that is pretty narrow, but deep, will this prevent the plant from becoming root bound or is width required?
I am planning on using a mixture of Co2 and nutrient mix through leaf feeding, what is peoples opinion on Co2? Will it help, hinder or what? Also is it ok to use any fertilizer with a 20-20-20 composition that I find, or will certain types be detrimental to the plant?

thanks for any help.

As long as the plant has enough volume for it's roots any non-toxic container will do. Make sure it has holes for drainage.

CO2 helps, obviously. Nutrient feeding the roots will help more than foliar overall though.

Yes, too much of certain nutrients can be detrimental.

It sounds like you need to do more research before you begin.

Thanks for the reply,
Iv done a decent amount of research, I have heard different accounts on the effects of leaf feeding Co2 and just wanted to clear that up.
I don't mean is an abundance of nutrients detrimental, but rather are there any nutrients that i should avoid when buying fertilizer, maybe something that benefits some plants but not mary j. Everyone mentions specific fertilizer to get but I'm not sure if il be able to pick it up
Cheers

When in doubt, buy tomato fertilizer. If you can, stick with fox farm nutes or something of similar quality. They are available online and in MANY stores.
