I just got myself few Skywalker and Obama OG teens that I'm going to start on them. This is my first grow and I before starting grow journal, I would like to ask few questions. Any tips and advices are highly appreciated.

9 x 1000 hps with lumatek ballast

Only 1 light is on for 6 plants. Ballast set for 600 hps. 5 weeks old plants. Early veg
1.) Is it a good Idea to feed my plants with only GH FloraNova schedule? Grow, Bloom, Micro, Nectar, FloraBlend, etc. ?
2.) Schedule says for example 400-600 total ppm. Is that the total ppm of only the nutrients? So if my RO water is 300ppm. I need to have the final ppm be 700-900ppm?
3.) Any tips or suggestions?
