what's wrong with this plant? it looks like it would be underwatering, but i'm 100% positive that that's not the problem.

You are not giving it any nutes are you? When there this young it can be 3 things

Over Watering
Under Watering
Lights

id say underwatering, cause if it was overwatering, the soil would be muddy ha. good luck man

Maybe someone is already giving it ferts? Or not ph testing?

the soil ph tester i bought is garbage. i feel like i keep buying shit that doesn't even work well. i'm pretty sure it's not underwatering. there's rarely a time when my soil is dry 2 inches down.

Id guess ph issue or maybe light.Your not using more then a florexscent light correct as big lights are to soon for this little guy

i have 'em outdoors, but the sun isn't too bright. it's been perfect for the last few days. does ph really determine which leaves dry out and which leaves don't? correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't most ph-related problems due to a high ph level? cuz i thought weed was an acid-loving plant. i'm thinking about just assuming it's too high and somehow bring it down. any quick and cheap suggestions for how to bring the ph down?
