You have thrips. There are lots of ways to deal with them. Your plants will be ok even with a little leaf damage. You just need to knock them back and the plants will do fine. I use Pure nutrient 3way to spray the leaves and mix a teaspoon per gallon in my feedings to eliminate them in the medium. There are other products like mighty wash etc.. Idea is to not let them get thier numbers up.

The bugs are very small and white and elongated like a super small, micro grain of rice. They will jump but do not fly.

DAmn.... i had thrips last last crop too WTFFF, how come my spinosad did not work... i heard mighty wash does not work but i dont know maybe ill try it any other pest sugestions??

I use this stuff. Do not use with lights on. use between 70-85 degrees. rinse with water spray after about 30min.

I do not rinse but your leaves can suffer slightly from treatment. mix 3tbl spoons per 5gl water and feed it with your nutrients. It will kill them in the soil. I only ever get a small attack of them since Im in 100% perlite. They breed in the soil.
