Have a look at FERMENTATION MITES on the Internet then have a good +60x magnification look at yours.

Also look at
SPRINGTAILS
HYPOASPIS MILES
ROOT APHIDS

Then when you've correctly identified them decide your course of action based on the information you've found out from researching the critters that you have.

if they have wings gnats and wouldent worry to much about em unless they swarm like 30 -50 range i have done whole grows with at least 10-12 gnats living in my grow room did not notice one bit of damage and the rate my roots grow feast away my friends
 
What are they doing? Do they seem to wiggle around real fast and sometimes they come out with the flow through and wiggle like crazy?

If so, its springtails and they are harmless! Ignore them!
