tiny brown slugs creeping on leaves wtf?! help!

Hi I'm growing 4 plants from seed in plagron coco + perlite mix in 1x1m tent. I give them plagron cocos a+b +aptus cal-mag solution.
I notice tiny little brown slugs creeping around on the surface of leaves.
Otherwise the plants seem healthy.
I'm wondering what is this? Is it bad? If yes, how should I get rid of it? Where does it come from?

They are moon slugs and they are not good or bad. If they are good you should not get rid of them and if they are bad you should get rid of them. They come from the moon.
