I am about a month in to flowering, my timer always has worked, I was out all night last night and when I got home I found that my lights never went off so the plants didn't get their 12 hours of darkness last night, what do I do!! someone please help?

No worrys just set timer for the correct time and all and make sure it functons properly. Shit happens but it will be fine.

If it's mechanical check the pins that should be depressed in all the hours that they lights are on. If it's digital, reset it and start over or get a mechanical. I don't trust digital timers, but that's just me.

NOTE: Check the pins on your timers daily. It will save you a lot of grief.

yeah mine is mechanical so I don't know why it messed up, but my whole power strip running the lights is plugged into the timer. But I am glad it won't harm them I had read that even 2 minutes of extra light can mess up the cycle

haha i dont know where u read the 2 mins thing but the time changes by a minute or so each day in nature so Im sure that wouldnt matter.
