timer for hydro?(Pics)

found this timer around the house, im pretty sure its for lights considering it says WARNING LAMPS ONLY NO APPLIANCES

back says

120 volts AC 60 Hz.
Maximum 300 watts

says do not connect appliances to this module. For use with x-10 PRO controlers.

its also not grounded, but i got a grounded pz.

would i be able to use this thing even tho it says no other appliances?

im guessin it aint the best idea...

it says mins,

then under it theres letters confusing.

I CANT FIND THAT HOME DEPOT TIMER
