Time to flush???

hey there people, hope your all havin fun.

I got a little question someone may be able to help with.

basically iv been thinking I'm about 6 weeks into my first grow... Just done the maths and realised its like 8 weeks from germination. Everyone iv spoken to has said to push them to 10weeks... That means iv got 2 weeks left! Alot of leaves on 2 of th 4 plants are going yellow from bottom up... Iv not been able to fix it but realising I'm at 8 weeks kinda explains it now lol.

I'm growing in soil.. Biobizz all mix and have used biobizz nutes... Grow and bloom. Some silica, Epsom salts and mollasses too. Most of my pistils are still white but iv noticed in the past day or two there are some amber here and there and also... Most of the very tips of the pistils are turning amber.... I Dunn how long it take for them to all change from this point. I cant really tell if trichomes are turning cloudy as I only have a 10 times loop. I have some pics taken through the loop that can then be zoomed in on in here if any of u wanna look?

my question on flushing also is.... Do I actually flush them wits 3x the soil volume like when you over feed etc. Or do I just feed with PH'd water from now on or should I give one last feed when due in couple of days first? I really dunno how long there is left. I wanna take them as far as I can for yeild purposes but obviously don't wanna miss the window of harvest time. I also wanna have some good tasting bud so wanna flush at the right time... Not realise iv left it to late

cheers in advance for any one taking the time to read and offer any advice.

peace to all.

when they start to look close just stop feeding them .... no sense in drowning your root ball
to be honest im not a heavy feeder but i have chopped more then a few times and fed earlier that week ....... as long as there is proper drying and cure there shouldnt be anything wrong with the bud also it has alot to do with the bud actually being done when its chopped

ok mate... That's sweet cheers. I was getting a bit panicked after realising I was like 3weeks closer than I thought lol... I thought it had been a fucking long 5-6 weeks haha. Keep a diary next time I thinks

cheers

the times are ballpark ..... when its done its done .... 60 ... 90 .... 120 doesnt matter to the plant , journals help with feeding and what not but plant to plant even of the same strain will finish at different times , just watch the trichs and judge by how the plants acting , the hairs will push out and dry up and push out and dry up usually when the third push dries up the plant is pretty much done .... 75% red hairs and the trichs are how you like them give it the ax regardless of time

most cannabis specific feeding schedules are designed to starve the plant ....... thats cool if you know when its going to finish ..... but the variance in pheno's makes it hard with auto's , if you were to flush on a certain day and the plant still had a few weeks left you just screwed yourself out of product

yeah I get exactly what your sayin.... I don't wanna be screwin myself out of yeild lol. I'll keep a close eeye. How did u mean "the first pushes out and dried and pushes out and dries and on the third its usually ready?" Do u mean the same calxus pistles will dry then they give out another set?

cheers

can u guys tell how long these might have left? Also on the close ups... Can u tell if trics are still clear? Cheers

Looks like you've definitely still got a bit. Trust me don't get impatient and harvest early I did my first grow and the bud was crap because of it...

One thing to remember, at least I always try to, potency diminishes very minor compared to harvesting to early. Two weeks early is going to be a lot weaker than if you would have been two weeks late.

ok cool. Appreciate the advice. Iv got a few receding haird dotted about but not in any great number. Also on growing with cfl's...so don't expect to see big swollen buds lol. Should I keep feeding bloom feed? Is there anything I should be feeding to get them calyxes swollen up or will they do it on their own? Also should I be giving much nitrogen as leaves are yellowing from bottom up on two of the plants. Red poison id the strain x 3 and fruit auto x1. Ib been feeding biobizz grow first few weeks then biobizz bloom iv slowly stoppen adding the grow and now on bloom only. Its NPK is 2.0-7-4. Do they been more N if they got at least 2 weeks? I'm not an impatient grower either...dont worry lol. Id rather be 2 weeks late than early.

cheers guys
