Time lapse grow

Has anyone done any time lapse recording of your grow? I have seen some online and it looks awesome. The reason I posted this in the grow room design and setup forum is because some people may put a camcorder in their grow room as a part of design as well as for research purposes.

I would love to get a wide angle lens that I can put on the front of my camcorder and place it right up next to a bud for the last 4 weeks of the flowering period just to see up close how it grows, and to see it plump up. Set it to record for 1 second every five minutes. I wonder if that would be a good time set up to see the growth at a good speed.

i was talking about this with my mate the other day i was thinking of putting a web cam in my grow and taking 4 pictures daily for the entire grow and then making a vid but then we got to stoned and fell asleep but i would like to see it haha
